Dosnt work cant book cabs anymore. What's the point of this app?
Worked fine for a good few months now saying no taxis/drivers available everytime I try and book.
It used to work fine but now it always says no taxis available, even if I'm trying to book in several days advance.

I think Alpha have sadly gone out of business. The app used to be top notch but now...
Whats the point in the app letting you select card and then the driver refusing and saying cash only whilst already on the journey? Then he ignored me when I asked if i should cancel the journey on the app so my card doesn't get charged. Poor service, I think the driver was hoping he could take advantage and charge me cash and card. He insisted on taking me to a cash machine so its a good job I had my physical card on me
I downloaded the app, tried to set up the account and the codes haven't come through. I've uninstall and re installed several times with the same result.

Can't use the app, it won't send me a code to be able to register.
The app doesn't even work. Wanted to give you money for a cab and give business to Alpha however your app won't even send me the verification code to sign up. So by default you are turning my business elsewhere to Absolute as their app actually works. At least I know who is and isnt a professional company... Complete shambles...
